辛辣Curry面包(Curry Bun)

材料:
高筋面粉 - 160g
低筋面粉 - 40g
速发酵母 - 2.5g
赤砂糖 - 32g
食盐 - 3g
牛奶粉 - 8g
全蛋液 - 20g
清水 - 104g
无盐牛油 - 20g

铺面装饰:日式7味辣椒粉

馅料:
4粒 马铃薯(切小颗粒,煮至软)
1条 红萝卜(切小颗粒,煮至软)
1颗 洋葱(切块)
1束 咖喱叶
1 tbsp 越南辣椒酱
3 tbsp 肉类咖喱粉
适量 清水
适量 食盐

做法:
1) 锅中热油,加入咖喱叶和洋葱炒至香。
2) 加入马铃薯粒、红萝卜粒、咖喱粉,辣椒酱,翻炒均匀。
3) 加适量清水焖煮一会儿,最后盐调味即可。

做法:一般甜面包做法。
基础发酵:60min
排气休面:20min
整形:面团各约50g、造型=随意
最后发酵:60min
烘烤:以180C烘烤约15-18min即可。

  2. yes yes Irene, you are so right! now I live for myself, so whatever others say, I try to ignore. The recent incident that happened to me, although is a big blow but actually I find that made me grow stronger and see through a lot of things, so in bright side, is blessing in disguise hahaha... I love your bread, after the course, really bu tong fan xiang ya hahaha
