花生酱酥饼(Creamy Peanut Butter Cookies )



还有7天就是新年了,我家的CNY mood也越来越浓了哦。


感谢烘烤kaki - 小S的强力推荐,这款年饼真是让我停不了口啦。嘻嘻~



食谱来自:小蛋糕

材料:

普通面粉 - 600g
糖粉(Sugar Powder)- 215g
绿豆粉(Mung Bean Powder)- 35g
花生酱(Skippy Creamy)- 400g
花生油 - 175g
食盐 - ¼ tsp
发粉 – 1 tsp


做法:

1. 所有材料混合,加入花生油拌成团后,搓成每个7g重。
2. 涂上蛋黄,放上咸花生粒、稍微压扁。
3. 放入烤箱以165C、烘烤20min或至金黄色。

      加绿豆粉是有酥脆功能? 我不懂咧,我是跟着食谱做的。
