南瓜蒸糕(Lompang Labu)





 


食谱来自:Joceline

材料:
南瓜泥 - 75g
粘米粉 - 63g(过筛)
木薯粉 - 10g(过筛)
细砂糖 - 30g
清水 - 85g
碱水 - 1/8 tsp

表层:
椰丝 + 盐(少许)预先蒸软


做法:
1)把所有材料混合在一个容器里,搅拌均匀。
2)杯子抹上油。把做法(1)的南瓜面糊倒入至8分满。
3)大火蒸大约10分钟或熟即可。
4)点上蒸软后的白椰丝就即可享用。
