番茄酱乡村软包



依然是用我最爱的可尔必思餐包食谱改编而成的。。。。




材料:
(A)
高筋面粉 - 150g
盐 - 2g
炼奶 - 5g
可尔必思 (未稀释) - 35g
鲜奶 – 75g
番茄酱 (maggi) - 1 tsp
酵母 - 2g

无盐奶油 - 6g

做法:
1. 把所有材料(A)混合后,搓揉成团。
2. 加入牛油并继续搓揉至光滑的面团。
3. 搓揉结束后,蓋上湿毛巾,等待面团发酵。大概发至2倍大(约60min) 取出。
4. 分割、滚圆、休面 10min
5. 做最后修饰,放置烤盘上。发酵至二倍大(60min).
6. 撒上高筋面粉,并割几刀,以160度烤约15~20分钟。

    1. 其实口感方面没有什么特别(是无味的),我个人觉得这个“可尔必思”能使直接发的面包的硬化程度减慢些。
