Serves 2 - 4
1 Japanese cucumber (sliced)
A little salt
2 Potatoes (peel and half)
2 slices ham, (cut into strips) or some Tuna Flakes
1 small bottle of Japanese mayonnaise
- Sprinkle some salt over cucumber. Toss and leave for 5-10mins.
Squeeze out excess water and set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook potatoes until soft.
Remove and mashed. Leave to cool down and set aside.
- Combine cucumber, potatoes and ham. Mix with mayonnaise and serve.
