Orange Jellies

本来是一个开开心心的聚会,结果却因某位女儿的同学发脾气搞到不欢而散。
唉。。。现在的孩子真是很难搞咯!!
Anyway不想再提了,要不然我又keksam到睡不着。

这个Orange Jellies来自Sonia家Jessie家, 超超超好吃哦!! 不做肯定后悔的。。。嘻嘻!
我假厉害把两种orange jellies切好混合后收入冰箱, 结果那个Blood Orange的褪色咯,把那美美的橙色点上了少许污渍!我想最好是要上桌前才把它们混在一起比较安全啦。
加入龙眼和Kiwi让这个jellies更加美味哦,又酸又甜又爽口。。。。赞赞赞!


不好意思啦,我拍照始终实在太慢的,
所以你们看到jellies都出水了。。。
咔咔咔,actually是冰块融化变成水啦。

食谱来自SoniaJessie
 
Ingredients:
600ml Fresh Orange Juice or Blood Orange Juice
3tsp Agar-Agar Powder
75g Caster Sugar (you can adjust the sweetness to your liking)

Method:
1. To make the jellies, boil all the ingredients over low-medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Strain (1) through a fine sieve into any tray. Use a spoon to remove air bubbles.
    Let to cool down completely before refrigerate.

 
 
红色果肉的就是Blood Orange了。
我喜欢这两种Orange Jellies的组合,亮丽又讨喜哦!

最好能用Australia的Navel Oranges,因它多汁又香甜。
Sep/Oct应该是它盛产的季节吧,Fairprice(SG的超级市场)进了很多货,
8粒卖SG$4.65。。。

  10. Myme, you are so good, you even mention where to buy the oranges! That's right, now is the best time to eat Australian sweet oranges. Eh, I haven't had blood orange b4, hahaha & I really like the colour of it! I like longan, please pass me a glass with lots of blood orange & longan

    原来红色果肉的是Blood Orange。那天朋友给了我两粒橙,切开后是红色的,我还以为是有问题。(*^__^*)
